Embark the Dahabiya Nile cruise boat, overnight in the Dahabiya.

2: Visit the ancient town of Al Kab, sail towards Edfu, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, have dinner in the Island of El Fouza overlooking the Nile, overnight in the Dahabiya.

3: Visit Gabal El Selsela, the Temple of Horemoheb, sail towards Maniha Island, overnight in the Dahabiya.

Day One:

• We would be welcoming our guests anywhere inside or around the charming city of Luxor.
• We only use the best modern air-conditioned vehicles for all our transfers.

Karnak Temple

• We begin our tours of the day by visiting the Karnak Temple, the most impressive Pharaonic temple ever built in ancient Egypt. Established around 4000 years ago, all kings of ancient Egypt wanted to have their own unique contributions to the complex of temples dedicated to the worship of the god Amun.
• The result was the biggest temple ever built in Egypt. The most remarkable features of the Karnak Temple include various pylons, the avenue of sphinxes, the hypostyle hall of Ramses II, and the sacred lake.

Temple of Luxor

• Our next stop would be to visit the Temple of Luxor, the small sister of the Karnak. Both temples were connected via the avenue of sphinxes.
• The Luxor Temple has mainly established during the 13^th and 14^th centuries BC. However, it is considered an open-air museum of Pharaonic art and architecture due to the fact that many kings had contributed to its building including Alexander the Great.
• Featured with its huge pylon, two gigantic statues of Ramses II at its façade, and many chapels and distinctive features, a visit to the Temple of Luxor is a must for any ancient history fan.

Temple of Queen Hatshepsut

• We go on with our tour in Luxor by visiting the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut.
• Built-in the 15^th century BC by one of the most famous queens of ancient Egypt, the mortuary temple has some remarkable features including the chapel of Hathor to the right, the chapel of the god Anubis to the left, the famous statue of Horus, the terraces of the temple, and the wonderful statues of the Queen in the disguise of a Pharaoh.

Valley of the Kings

• Our next visit in the West Bank of Luxor, or the City of the Dead, would be to the Valley of the Kings, the largest and best-preserved royal necropolis of ancient Egypt.
• established by the kings of the 17^th dynasty, the kings chose this exact location due to the pyramid-shaped top of its main mountain. There are several tombs featured with their colorful walls and marvelous designs.
• Never miss the chance to explore the Tomb of Tut Ankh Amun, discovered intact by Howard Carter in 1922.

Colossi of Memnon

• Our last visit of the day in Luxor would be to the Colossi of Memnon, the only remaining parts of the huge mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Each statue is 18 meters in height. The Colossi of Memnon is among the most popular landmarks of Luxor.
• When the Romans ruled Egypt, more than 2000 years ago, they are the ones who called the statues Memnon.
• A sound that used to come out of one of the statues made them believe that it is the mother of Memnon, one of the famous Greek heroes, crying because of his death.
• After finishing the visits of the West Bank of Luxor, we would be riding to Esna, located around 60 kilometers to the South of Luxor in a ride that takes less than an hour

Day Two

• We would be having breakfast in the Dahabiya Nile Cruise.

Ancient Town of Al Kab

• Our first visit of the day would be to the ancient Town of Al Kab, which was a flourishing center in the past, hosted the temples dedicated to Thoth and Nebket and was very first established during prehistoric times.
• The city remained, through the Ptolemaic times as an important cult center for the god Nebket.
• We would be exploring a number of marvelous ancient tombs there.
• We sail down the Nile afterward to reach Edfu.

Temple of Horus in Edfu

• Upon arrival, we would be riding a horse carriage to visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. This temple is the largest and best-preserved Ptolemaic temple in Egypt.
• The building work of the temple started during the reign of Ptolemy III in 237 BC and the construction continued until 80 BC. The temple includes wonderfully decorated walls and stone capitals.
• Afterward, we continue sailing till we reach the El Fouza Island where we would be having lunch in quite a magical ambiance overlooking the River Nile in a memorable experience.

Day Three

• We would be having breakfast in the Dahabiya Nile Cruise.

Gebel El Selsela

• After breakfast, we visit Gebel El Selsela to visit the temple of Horemoheb, the last king of the 18th dynasty who built this temple or chapel dedicated to the god Amun and many other gods who are associated with the Nile like Sobek, Khnum, and Satet. Many other kings from the 19th dynasty completed the ornaments of the chapel.
• Your next stop will be at the ancient stones quarry where the ancient Egyptians belonging to the New Kingdom got most of the stones they used in erecting their fabulous monuments like the Karnak, Kom Ombo, Dendara, and Edfu.
• We sail towards Maniha Island.
• Overnight in the Dahabiya ship.

Day Four

• Our guests would be having their delicious breakfast on board of their luxurious Dahabiya Nile Cruise.
• We start sailing towards Kom Ombo.

Temple of Kom Ombo

• Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, we would be exploring the Temple of Kom Ombo dedicated to two gods; Horus, the falcon god, and Sobek, the crocodile god.
• The Greco-Roman temple is famous for its matchless location overlooking the Nile. Construction work of the temple started in the 2nd century BC by Ptolemy VI and was completed during the reign of Ptolemy XII during the 1st century AD.
• We begin our sail towards Aswan.
• Overnight in the Dahabiya ship.

Day Five

• Arrive in Aswan early in the morning.
• We would be having our last breakfast in the Dahabiya Nile Cruise ship

Temple of Philae

• We start our visits in Aswan by the Temple of Philae. This fabulous temple dedicated to the goddess Isis was constructed as one of the finest examples of the combined architecture of ancient Egyptians and the Greco-Romans styles.
• This temple was relocated in its present-day location in the Agilika Island by the UNESCO project that took 8 years from 1972 to 1980 to be completed.

The High Dam

• Your next visit of the day will be to the High Dam, built by the former Egyptian president, Gamal Abdel Nasser in the 1960s to reserve the Nile Water that was lost every year in the artificial Nasser Lake.
• The High Dam, that was viewed as an architectural miracle at the time, also generates a lot of the electricity consumed in Egypt
• After we finish our Aswan visit, we transfer the guests to any location they desire in or around Aswan.
